Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

KP Group International is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, lead and motivate the team, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, manage staff performance, and achieve sales and profitability targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Control inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Train and develop team members to improve performance.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, UAE regulations, and food safety standards.
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall restaurant performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
