This role is with one of our Client. They are a leading software provider specializing in digital transformation solutions for banks and financial institutions across the EMEA region. As part of their regional expansion, they are looking for a high-caliber professional to join their team in Dubai.


The role

The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving our regional growth. This is a field-based position focused on developing new business and expanding our client portfolio.


Key responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and expand our presence in the UAE and other GCC countries
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with banks, FinTechs, and financial institutions
  • Lead consultative and value-based selling initiatives
  • Prepare commercial proposals and lead contract negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to go-to-market strategies



Your profile

  • 8+ years of commercial experience in IT sales within banking and financial institutions, preferably in the GCC region
  • Strong client-facing and consultative sales skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Based in Dubai
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong asset)
