Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Software Sales Manager to lead our software sales activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves promoting our software solutions, including ERP, e-invoicing, CRM, HRMS, POS, and other business applications across various industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM/ERP system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.



Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software, ERP, SaaS, or IT solution sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling ERP solutions such as ERPNext, CRM, HRMS, POS, Accounting Software, or UAE e-invoicing solutions.
  • Knowledge of UAE business regulations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in team leadership, forecasting, and sales planning.
