Duties Overview
1. Job Objective
To achieve marketing objectives, strengthen the company's corporate image, and expand market share within the assigned region.
2. Main Duties and Work Tasks
Primary Duties
(1) Set annual and monthly sales targets based on company objectives, track progress, and ensure timely completion of sales goals.
(2) Identify and develop new customers and new markets within the responsible region, and continuously follow up and maintain client relationships.
(3) Gather and deeply understand customer needs, assisting them in identifying customized system solutions.
(4) Execute the company's sales strategy, independently handling the preliminary phases of sales projects, including project proposals and project reporting.
(5) Maintain strong customer relationships, including strengthening ties with existing clients, prospecting for new customers, and providing professional consulting services.
(6) Develop and manage dealer networks, fostering and maintaining good cooperative partnerships.
(7) Carry out business activities in full compliance with the rules and regulations of the subsidiary and the marketing centre.
(8) Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Public Duties:
(1) Assist in collecting and providing market intelligence, including project information, customer insights, and competitor activity.
(2) Cooperate with the service department and other relevant teams to ensure smooth coordination between project sales and after‑sales support.
3. Reporting and Authority
Reports to the Sales Manager. Holds full responsibility for all business operations within the assigned marketing group.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in selling generator sets, power generation equipment, or related industrial products. Familiarity with technical specifications and the ability to explain technical advantages to customers.
- Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals independently. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs deeply and propose tailored solutions..
- Working knowledge of CRM for lead and pipeline management.
- Understanding of regional market dynamics, business culture, and procurement processes.
- Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields is advantageous.
