Everbridge is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of our Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) solutions across the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise security technology sales, with experience selling integrated security solutions to government, critical infrastructure, transportation, smart cities, utilities, oil & gas, and large enterprise customers.


This is a fully remote/home based position to be based in Dubai.

Our Critical Event Management platform is trusted by enterprises, governments, healthcare providers, financial institutions, and public safety organizations around the world to deliver resilient, mission-critical services when they matter most. 


The successful candidate will own the complete sales cycle from business development and opportunity qualification to contract negotiation and closing while working closely with presales, delivery, technology partners, and system integrators. Enterprise solution sales roles in Dubai commonly emphasize consultative selling, territory ownership, forecasting, and executive-level relationship management.

What you'll do:


    • Develop a strong understanding of target buyers, domain knowledge, products and competitors.
    • Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and sell to multiple buyers within an organization.
    • Implement a consultative, solution selling, methodology.
    • Work with Marketing, Business Development and Sales Team to execute campaigns to top buyers.
    • Exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly bookings quotas.
    • Accurately manage and forecast your business using SF.com.


What you'll bring:


    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with SaaS or hosted software to commercial accounts.
    • Experience selling into larger commercial accounts.
    • Experience selling: Major incident management, Cyber Security Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps or Customer Support Operations
    • Background or training in a consultative/Solution Sales process
    • Solid blueprinting, consulting, and solution mapping skills
    • Proven, measurable, and successful experience as a "hunter"
    • Must have a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding quotas
    • Experience using Salesforce a plus
    • Experience with MEDDIC, Sandler Selling, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling a plus.
