Senior Compliance Manager

The mandates are Proactive compliance, Investigations and Compliance Monitoring which includes Code of Conduct and all related policies, Whistleblowing, Third party risk management, Supplier Code of Conduct, Conflict of interest and Fraud, Waste and Abuse, Human Rights risk management, Regulatory Compliance management, Anti-bribery and corruption together with related areas, Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions. The Senior Manager Compliance which encompasses responsibilities around both Investigations and Compliance areas, is part of this mandate and resulting function and has a reporting line to the VP-Compliance (Proactive).  

The Purpose of the role is to support the VP Compliance (Proactive) in establishing, maintaining and evolving a mature compliance culture across the organization with a focus on all areas of the mandate, and to act as a subject matter expert of business ethics related matters on role details noted below

• Contribute to set- up and maintain a robust compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and Company Policies.
• Liaise with investigations team for investigative counts, and identify corrective measures to either improve compliance monitoring or trainings and awareness. 
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on compliance risks and emerging regulatory issues.
• Develop and oversee compliance training, awareness, and reporting across business units.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Risk, and Security teams to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to governance and ethics.
• Support VP Compliance (Proactive) with preparing documentary reporting to regulators, auditors, and executive committees as required in either dashboards, MS Word or PowerPoint. 
• Be mindful of growing junior talent with structured team management, timely feedback and providing complex opportunities. 

Should be adept at structuring elements of a compliance framework and linking it to data analytics / AI Automation.
