Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s branding and business objectives.
Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create monthly content calendars for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, promotions, and brand activities.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
Write engaging captions, promotional copy, product descriptions, hashtags, and campaign messages.
Plan and manage influencer collaborations, barter campaigns, gifting campaigns, and brand partnerships.
Identify suitable influencers in the UAE and international export markets.
Respond professionally to comments, direct messages, enquiries, and customer interactions.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, audience behaviour, and developments within the perfume and beauty industry.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, enquiries, and sales.
Manage paid social media advertisements in coordination with the marketing team.
Track campaign performance using platform insights, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity, tone of voice, and visual style across all platforms.
Support product launches, exhibitions, events, e-commerce campaigns, and international marketing activities.
Manage multiple brand accounts and ensure content is published accurately and on schedule.
