NextMove is a Dubai-based TikTok LIVE creator agency helping content creators grow their audience and maximise their earnings through live streaming. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven TikTok Creator Manager to help grow our creator network.


The Role

You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding TikTok creators to the NextMove agency. This is a fully remote, flexible role — perfect for someone already embedded in the creator space.


Responsibilities

  • Source and reach out to potential TikTok creators suited for LIVE content
  • Present the NextMove offer and onboard new creators
  • Manage and maintain relationships with creators in your network
  • Hit monthly targets for creator sign-ups
  • Stay up to date with TikTok LIVE trends and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media
  • An existing network of content creators is a strong advantage
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
  • Familiar with the UAE creator market
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)

Compensation

  • 💰 100% commission-based — uncapped earning potential
