We are looking for a Venue Acquisition Executive to identify, negotiate, and secure premium venues across Dubai for our branded fashion sales events.
Responsibilities
- Source and finalize malls, hotels, exhibition halls, and event venues.
- Negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Obtain all required venue approvals.
- Coordinate with venue management until the event is completed.
- Build long-term relationships with venue partners.
Requirements
- Experience in venue sourcing, exhibitions, retail events, or event management in Dubai.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Existing network with malls, hotels, and event venues is an advantage.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: AED 2,500–3,500/month
- AED 500 for every venue successfully finalized.
- 0.5% incentive on event net sales above AED 100,000.
- 1% incentive on event net sales above AED 200,000.
- Unlimited earning potential for top performers.
