Responsibilities:
BAU - Website Platform Management

·         Own the day to day management of all GEMS school and brand websites, including supporting internal teams with new pages, campaign landing pages, website launches, updates, and issue resolution.

·         Act as the central owner of the website ecosystem, coordinating with marketing, CRM, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure integrations and updates such as Salesforce forms, Calendly, and tracking tools function correctly.

·         Maintain overall website health across all school and GEMS brand websites, including performance, accessibility, SEO foundations, and UX best practices, while driving ongoing UX improvements, structural optimisation, and content updates to keep websites effective and user friendly.

·         Conduct regular audits to identify technical issues, compliance gaps, and friction points within the parent enquiry and enrolment journey.

·         Optimise homepages and key landing pages to improve lead capture, enquiry generation, and overall conversion performance.

Website Revamp:

·         Project manage the end to end revamp of multiple school and GEMS brand websites, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are managed effectively.

·         Manage the website development vendor and coordinate with principals, marketing, digital, and technology teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely approvals.

·         Organise UX and discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define website structure, templates, and key functionality.

·         Work closely with the Content Strategist to align website structure, page templates, and user journeys with the content strategy and parent enrolment journey. Upload content provided by the content writer.

·         Provide input on UX, parent journeys, and conversion optimisation to ensure websites support enrolment and engagement goals.

·         Support QA and manage user acceptance testing to ensure websites function correctly across devices, integrations, forms, and tracking tools before launch.

·         Support website launches, ensuring all integrations such as CRM connections and tracking are functioning correctly.

·         Train internal teams and school stakeholders, and create documentation and recordings to support ongoing website management.
