Job Title: AI Data Reviewer

As an AI Data Reviewer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze screenshots of diverse software interfaces, identifying UI elements and interpreting user workflows with precision.
2. Evaluate and annotate AI model responses, ensuring judgments are strictly grounded in what is visible on the screen.
3. Distinguish between observable evidence and assumptions, documenting clear, well-reasoned explanations for your assessments.
4. Complete structured annotation and data review tasks across dashboards, forms, admin panels, CRM tools, and various web applications.
5. Collaborate with the customer’s team to provide high-quality, actionable feedback that directly impacts AI model improvements.
6. Maintain rigorous attention to detail, adhering to established guidelines and quality standards in all deliverables.
7. Communicate insights and findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, to contribute to team knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Expertise in screenshot analysis and UI interpretation across multiple software environments.
2. Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data review tasks.
3. Outstanding written communication skills and a strong ability to articulate complex observations concisely.
4. High computer literacy and comfort navigating a variety of digital tools, platforms, and workflows.
5. Demonstrated ability to distinguish between evidence-based findings and assumptions.
6. Experience completing structured annotation or review processes in a technical, product, or operational setting.
7. Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Background in QA testing, technical support, product operations, UX research, data annotation, or technical writing.
2. Familiarity with reviewing complex interfaces such as admin panels, CRM tools, and modern web apps.
3. Prior experience working remotely with globally distributed teams.
