Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and correct Dutch transcriptions generated by machine learning models to ensure accuracy and natural language flow.
2. Record high-quality audio of yourself reading corrected transcriptions to train speech recognition systems.
3. Maintain a quiet, controlled recording environment for producing clear and professional audio samples.
4. Collaborate closely with the customer's team to deliver timely and high-quality language data.
5. Provide precise captioning that captures both content and tone of spoken Dutch, enhancing media accessibility and usability.
6. Utilize strong attention to detail to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies in language data.
7. Adhere strictly to project guidelines, quality metrics, and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Dutch, with impeccable pronunciation and grammar.
2. Demonstrated experience in transcription, captioning, or voice acting.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to self-manage tasks and maintain motivation in a remote work setting.
5. Capable of using standard laptop microphones or personal audio equipment to produce clear recordings.
6. Consistently available to work from a quiet environment suitable for audio recording.
7. Proficient at reviewing and editing language data for accuracy and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience with AI training data or language data annotation projects.
2. Background in linguistics, translation, or audio engineering.
3. Experience collaborating in multicultural, multilingual team environments.
