We are looking for companies with:

1. Active frontline or deskless workforce
2. Use of Microsoft Teams by frontline staff
3. Medium to large user base (7,000–20,000 users)
4. Operations in manufacturing, travel, transport, hospitality, or healthcare
5. Ideally, headquartered outside the United States
6. Company data available in English
7. Teams that coordinate and track work on the ground
8. Recent operational activity within the last 2 years

Selected partners typically receive between $100k and $400k.

4. Hotels and hospitality groups
5. Hospitals and healthcare facilities
6. Food and beverage production
7. Warehousing and distribution

Security is the foundation of this program. All data is handled under strict contractual protections. It is not our goal to replicate businesses, products, customers, or competitive advantages. The sole purpose of this initiative is to help train and evaluate AI systems on realistic frontline operational settings.

How we secure your data:

1. Original datasets are retained only for processing purposes
2. Sensitive information is scrubbed before any downstream use
3. Original datasets are deleted after processing
4. No data is publicly shared
5. No customer information is exposed
6. Companies retain ownership of their underlying data

Selected partners receive significant compensation based on:

1. Dataset size and volume
2. Diversity of frontline contexts and locations
3. Uniqueness of operational knowledge
4. Data quality and recency
5. Range of frontline roles represented
