Key Responsibilities

1. Edit, mix, and master Hindi audio content to meet industry-leading standards for clarity and quality.
2. Collaborate closely with clients, translators, and voice artists to deliver seamless audio experiences.
3. Manage audio workflows from pre-production planning through post-production delivery.
4. Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure language accuracy, audio consistency, and artistic integrity.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement creative solutions within tight deadlines.
6. Organize and maintain complex digital audio files and project documentation efficiently.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends, software, and hardware advancements in professional audio engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Native or near-native fluency in Hindi, with robust understanding of pronunciation, dialectal nuance, and linguistic subtleties.
2. Proven experience in professional audio engineering, preferably with Hindi-language content.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp ear for audio quality and linguistic accuracy.
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with multicultural teams.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Background in voice-over production, dubbing, or localization for Hindi media.
2. Experience collaborating with international teams and remote workflows.
3. Formal education or certifications in audio engineering or related fields.
