Job Title: HR Documents Specialist (German)


Job Type: Contractor


Location: Remote (Ideally based in the US)


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create, review, and optimize human resources documents in German with precision and adherence to best practices.
  2. Develop templates and standard operating procedures for Fortune 500-level HR documentation.
  3. Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate high-quality files for HR processes.
  4. Contribute expert input to AI training workflows, ensuring models receive accurate and contextually rich sample data.
  5. Collaborate closely with the customer's team, providing clear written and verbal feedback to improve AI model development.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German HR regulations, employment standards, and documentation requirements.
  7. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards in all work.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, focused on the creation and management of HR documents.
  3. Strong background in working with Fortune 500 companies or within enterprise HR environments.
  4. Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  6. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex HR information into clear and actionable documentation.
  7. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with or supporting AI or technology-driven HR initiatives.
  2. Located in the United States with deep knowledge of both German and US HR practices.
  3. Advanced certification in Human Resources or related disciplines.
