Job Title: Malayalam Language Expert

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Translate and localize content from English to Malayalam and vice versa, maintaining cultural nuance and accuracy.
2. Review, edit, and proofread Malayalam documents to ensure high linguistic quality and consistency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer language insights and support various business objectives.
4. Develop and maintain Malayalam language resources, glossaries, and style guides.
5. Train and mentor team members on Malayalam language best practices as needed.
6. Contribute to content optimization for digital channels with a focus on clarity and engagement in Malayalam.
7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to Malayalam linguistic tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Native or near-native proficiency in Malayalam (written and verbal) with exceptional attention to detail.
2. Strong command of English for effective bilingual communication.
3. Proven experience in Malayalam translation, localization, or content creation.
4. Demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas clearly and accurately in both written and oral forms.
5. Excellent collaboration and time management skills in a remote work environment.
6. Proficiency in using translation/localization software and digital communication tools.
7. Passion for language, culture, and delivering high-quality work in every project.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Malayalam Literature, or a related field.
