Operations Specialist

Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand its team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Operations Specialist to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. 

As an Operations Specialist, you will support strategic special projects and the team's ongoing operational needs. You will partner with sales, product, engineering, and operations to oversee a portfolio of enablement programs. The ideal candidate will have a sharp mind for solving problems pragmatically. You have a strong talent for aligning goals across cross-functional teams by bringing structure, teamwork, and critical thinking.
Qualifications / Skills

• 2+ years of experience in operations, business administration, project coordination, executive support, or a related field,
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through,
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team,
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications,
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing work,
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, technology, or other fast-paced, high-growth environment,
• Familiarity with a project management or work management platform,
• Experience supporting business operations or administrative functions,
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage multiple priorities,
• Ability to work with Eastern US time, with typical work days from 16:00 to 00:00 Turkey time,
• Perfect English skills, both written and oral,
• Residing in the Istanbul city center.

• This is a permanent-term contractor job opportunity with Medsien Inc.
• This position is based in Istanbul, requiring 16:00-00:00 workdays.
• All interviews will be conducted in English and the candidates having less than advanced level of English will be directly eliminated from the process regardless of their technical skills and expertise.
