Position: Operations Officer
Location: Mansoura, Egypt
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Experience: 1–2 years in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow up on daily logistics and shipping operations.
* Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal departments.
* Prepare and review shipping documents.
* Track shipments and update customers on shipment status.
* Coordinate with customs clearance and transportation teams.
* Ensure timely execution of operational processes.
* Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
* Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
