Ebtikar Logistics is looking for a motivated (Operations Officer) to join our team in Mansoura.


 Job Details :


Position: Operations Officer


Location: Mansoura, Egypt


Employment Type: Full-time


Work Mode: On-site


Experience: 1–2 years in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Operations.


: Key Responsibilities


  • Follow up on daily logistics and shipping operations.
  • Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal departments.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents.
  • Track shipments and update customers on shipment status.
  • Coordinate with customs clearance and transportation teams.
  • Ensure timely execution of operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
  • Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions.
  •  Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.


Skills

  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
