Job description

What you´ll do
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Develop reusable report templates and standardized visuals.
  • Optimize report performance and usability (filters, drill downs, tooltips).
  • Implement data models provided by data engineers / backend developers.
  • Apply row level security (RLS) where required.
  • Ensure reports follow corporate BI and UX standards.
  • Support UAT, troubleshooting, and report enhancements.
  • Document reports, metrics definitions, and usage guidelines.
  • Identify, investigate, and report data breaks (missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data).


What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Power BI development (Desktop & Service), report design & publishing.
  • Experience in enterprise BI or Azure environments is an advantage.
  • DAX & semantic modeling (measures, RLS, relationships, governance).
  • Data modeling (star schema) & Power Query (M).
  • Data visualization & UX (filters, slicers, drill-through, bookmarks).
  • Performance optimization & large dataset handling.
  • SQL for data validation.
  • Storage modes (Import, DirectQuery, Composite, Direct Lake).
  • Microsoft Fabric & Azure ecosystem (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse).
  • Databricks / governed data sources.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder focus, with a collaborative approach and openness to feedback & continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization, multitasking, and a structured approach to dashboard design.
