Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients through virtual meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, seminars, referrals, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and trading activity.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Manage and prioritize sales opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams by providing market feedback and client insights.
• Support traders with onboarding and platform orientation and trading tools.
Technical Requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Have a Personal computer
• Dedicated and professional home-office environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and other productivity tools.
Language Requirements
• Fluency in Spanish and English
