What would you do? Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus / incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for? Benefits Administration o Oversee employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives). o Ensure timely enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefits systems. o Address employee queries and resolve escalations related to benefits. o Reconciliation of reports related to Benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives). • Team Leadership o Lead and mentor a team of specialists handling Pension & Benefits. o Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement. o Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards. • Stakeholder Management o Act as a point of contact for HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Compliance teams. o Provide regular reports and insights on Pension & Benefits trends. •Manage and administer pension and benefits processes with accuracy, ensuring compliance with client and organizational policies. Support employees by addressing queries related to pension, benefits, and absence management in a timely and empathetic manner. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of benefits programs and reporting requirements. Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and employee experience. Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive employee data and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
