In your primary role, you will be responsible for the following: • To handle credit underwriting of new business transactions related to Factoring and Solar Financing • Make recommendation regarding credit decision to relevant authority based on risk assessment and analysis • Ensure timely review / enhancement of limits assigned for Factoring / Solar Financing • Communicate effectively with the borrowers and internal stakeholders to address queries and provide credit decisions within agreed TAT • Monitor health of the portfolio and identify potential risks and opportunities to mitigate the risk • Stay updated on Industry regulations and best practices related to Credit underwriting and Factoring • Continuously evaluate and improve the credit underwriting process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • To participate in customer meetings when needed to fully understand the risks and opportunities. • Participate and actively handle the audits. • To liaise through structured meetings, with Management, Sales, and other members of the Risk Management team to ensure continuous improvement of business process. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds with a wining attitude! • You come with 5 to 6 years of experience in risk or credit in a bank or a reputed NBFC in underwriting. • Knowledge of Supply Chain Financing, Factoring products is preferred. • Experience in commercial finance is mandatory. • Ability to take credit decisions. • Quick learning ability. • Experience in LOS / LMS in a Bank or NBFC. • CA or MBA from an institution of repute.
