About the role



We are looking for a people-focused and results-driven Supervisor, Operations to lead a team responsible for delivering strong operational performance and high-quality client support. In this role, you will oversee daily workflow, service delivery, quality standards and team development to help ensure operational goals and service commitments are met consistently.



You will play an important role in creating an engaged team environment, resolving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement. Success in this position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, effective communication and the ability to work across teams to improve processes and outcomes.



What you will do



  • Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for operational execution and client support.
  • Oversee daily operations to help ensure service levels, quality standards and business objectives are achieved.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback, support employee development and foster a culture of accountability and engagement.
  • Manage escalated operational and client issues, working to deliver timely resolution and a positive client experience.
  • Review operational performance, identify trends and implement improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner across teams to optimize processes, support business priorities and advance continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support a strong operational framework with focus on risk management, compliance and quality execution.

What will you need to know:



  • Experience in financial services, payments, operations support or a regulated environment.
  • Experience leading teams focused on service delivery, operational support or client issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions to support operational goals.
  • Knowledge of risk, compliance and control standards within an operations environment.

Preferred Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, work and military experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, client support, customer service or a related business environment.
  • 1+ years of leadership, team lead or supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing daily workflow, service levels and quality performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using operational metrics and reporting to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
