We are looking for a motivated Steel Structure Engineer to join our team and play a key role in managing our steel fabrication workshop and supporting the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural design, production supervision, project coordination, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Design and review steel structure drawings and calculations.
2- Manage and supervise daily workshop operations and production activities.
3- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
4- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and material take-offs.
5- Supervise site installation and ensure quality and safety compliance.
6- Develop new business opportunities and secure steel fabrication projects.
7- Improve production efficiency and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
8- Lead and support workshop and site teams to achieve project objectives
1- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
2- Experience in steel structure design and fabrication.
3- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software (Tekla, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or similar).
4- Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
5-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
