We are supporting the search for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a diversified holding company in Kuwait.

About the role:

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and developing integrated marketing initiatives that support commercial objectives.


The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop marketing strategies, build high performing teams, and deliver measurable business results across multiple business units.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all business units.
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website performance.
  • Use market research, customer insights, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
  • Develop content strategies that strengthen brand authority and thought leadership.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and evaluate campaign ROI.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high performing marketing team.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and present performance reports to senior management.



Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Relevant marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple business units.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, demand generation, customer journey, and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working within a diversified group or holding company is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GCC markets is preferred.
