● Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
● Define, prioritize, maintain, and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize business value.
● Translate business, market, and stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
● Translate the user stories and acceptance criteria to designs and prototypes.
● Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, leadership, customers and internal departments.
● Ensure product features meet user needs, regulatory requirements, market expectations, and technical feasibility.
● Set, monitor, and analyze product and delivery KPIs, including adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, velocity, and team health.
● Gather, analyze, and apply customer feedback, analytics, and performance data to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions.
● Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
● Identify opportunities for product growth, optimization, and innovation within Sakan’s ecosystem.
● Align product initiatives with company objectives, budgets, timelines, and delivery capacity.
● Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful feature launches.
● Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior management.
● Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective) , ensuring Agile and Scrum practices are understood and effectively applied to the tech team.
● Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and protect the team from external disruptions and unplanned work.
● Coach the team to work better together, take ownership, and continuously improve.
● Encourage open communication, teamwork, quality work, and sustainable development.
● Balance long-term planning with day-to-day execution and delivery.
● Take full ownership of product results and delivery success.
● Continuously improve processes, workflows, and how teams work together.
● Product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
● Writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
● UX collaboration, wireframing, and prototyping skills.
● Agile and Scrum facilitation, including running all Scrum ceremonies.
