Quality Assurance & Audits
• Develop, maintain and apply quality and hygiene checklists/standards for each site type (salon, spa, clinic, retail, café).
• Conduct scheduled and surprise quality audits across Kuwait sites, documenting findings with clear scores and evidence.
• Track audit results over time, identify recurring issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions with site managers.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety requirements, including Baladiya (municipality) and Ministry of Health standards where applicable.
• Report quality performance and trends to the CPCSO, flagging risks and improvement areas.
Housekeeping Operations
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and cleaning schedules across all Kuwait sites to ensure consistent daily readiness.
• Set cleaning routines, standards and turnaround expectations for treatment rooms, floors, common areas and back-of-house.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, consumables and cleaning materials – monitoring stock, usage and cost control.
• Oversee vendor and contracted cleaning services (where used), ensuring service levels are met.
• Respond to urgent cleanliness or facility-readiness issues, coordinating quick resolution.
Team Leadership
• Lead, schedule and support housekeeping staff, including training on standards, hygiene protocols and safe handling of materials.
• Monitor attendance, performance and conduct of housekeeping team members, escalating issues to People & Culture as needed.
• Foster a culture of pride, accountability and consistency across housekeeping teams.
Coordination & Reporting
• Partner with site managers, operations and P&C to align quality and housekeeping standards with business needs.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, corrective actions, staffing and supplies.
• Contribute quality and housekeeping inputs to QFM and executive reporting cycles.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in housekeeping, quality assurance or facilities, including at least 2 years in a supervisory / team-lead capacity.
• Experience in hospitality, beauty, spa, healthcare or premium retail environments strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with hygiene, health & safety and municipality/MOH standards in Kuwait.
• Working knowledge of quality audit methods, checklists and corrective-action tracking.
• English required; Arabic an advantage. Comfortable travelling between multiple Kuwait sites.
