Job Title: Manager Human Resources
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Reporting To: Directors
Team Size: 6–7 team members


Job Summary:
Looking for a Manager HR to lead the full HR and Industrial Relations (IR) function at facility. The role will manage a team of 6–7 HR professionals and report directly to the Directors. The incumbent must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/ textile industrial environment and handling both strategic HR operations and union-free or unionized IR matters.


Key Responsibilities:


  • HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, payroll, attendance, performance management, employee engagement, and exit management.
  • Industrial Relations (IR): Manage worker-management relations, handle labor inquiries, coordinate with factory compliance teams, ensure adherence to labor laws, and represent the company in any labor department proceedings.
  • Team Management: Lead, guide, and develop a team of 6–7 HR staff across generalist and IR functions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Sindh labor laws, social security, EOBI, factory rules, and other statutory requirements.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.

Key Requirements:


  • Gender: Male (specific requirement due to working environment / shift / IR dynamics in Industrial Area)
  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in HR, with at least 5 years as a Manager in a manufacturing / textile industrial unit. Must have hands-on IR experience.
  • Education: MBA in HR or equivalent.

Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, labor law knowledge.
