· Registration Operations & Case Handling
o Process and validate taxpayer e-invoicing registration and onboarding requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved business and procedural requirements.
o Coordinate with internal operational, policy, and technical teams to resolve registration or onboarding issues and support timely activation on the e-invoicing system.
o Prepare clear case summaries and business documentation for complex or escalated e-invoicing onboarding cases.
· Taxpayer Register & Data Accuracy
o Update and maintain e-invoicing registration and onboarding records, ensuring consistency between the e-invoicing register and the Dhareeba taxpayer filing platform.
o Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or mismatches in taxpayer onboarding information and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
o Apply approved data standards and maintain accurate, auditable registration documentation, without performing system configuration or technical changes.
· Procedures & Guidance
o Apply and refine e-invoicing registration and onboarding procedures, checklists, and templates to support consistent business processing.
o Provide operational feedback on registration and onboarding procedures based on observed issues, taxpayer queries, and rollout experience.
o Support team knowledge sharing and readiness activities related to e-invoicing registration operations.
· Performance & Reporting
o Monitor operational KPIs related to e-invoicing registration and onboarding, such as processing timelines, activation progress, and case volumes.
o Prepare operational performance summaries and onboarding status updates for management review.
o Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, clarity, and taxpayer experience during e-invoicing onboarding.
· Coordination & Taxpayer Communication
o Act as a business coordination point between taxpayers, operations, policy, and technical teams on e-invoicing registration and onboarding matters.
Support preparation of clear taxpayer-facing guidance, FAQs, and responses related to e-invoicing registration and onboarding, including alignment with Dhareeba filing processes
Preferred qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Taxation, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Preferred experience
· 9+ years’ experience in taxpayer registration, onboarding, or related operations in government or public-sector environments.
· Strong understanding of registration procedures, data management, and taxpayer service practices.
Technical & Other Skills
· Proficiency in application review, data updating, and registration process management.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
· Clear written and verbal communication and attention to accuracy and service standards.
