The project:


This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Support the Senior Construction Delivery Team and Project Leadership Team by providing guidance and coordination across project delivery activities.


  • Promote and drive key business priorities, including Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and Responsible Business initiatives.


  • Develop and implement short-term delivery plans aligned with programme requirements, coordinating trade contractors and subcontractors effectively.


  • Take ownership of safety, wellbeing, quality, and compliance outcomes for assigned project areas.


  • Foster and maintain a positive Health, Safety, and Wellbeing culture across site operations.


  • Lead and support lookahead planning and forecasting meetings, providing direction and resolving delivery challenges.


  • Build strong relationships with clients, designers, and project stakeholders while managing QA processes through to final sign-off.


  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement construction standards, and support net-zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management and reduction measures.


You’ll need to have:


  • Completed Apprenticeship (or equivalent).


  • Relevant NVQ or HNC (Or equivalent).


  • Experience in a site based Managerial role (or equivalent).


  • SMSTS and Managerial / Professional CSCS Card.


  • (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme).
