Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and growth initiatives.
• Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Validate business ideas through experimentation, MVPs, and pilot programs.
• Develop business models, financial projections, and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and commercial teams to build and launch new ventures.
• Lead strategic projects from concept through execution.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
• Prepare investment memos, business cases, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish partnerships and engage with external startup, investor, and ecosystem networks.
• Track key performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–8+ years of experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or entrepreneurship.
• Demonstrated experience launching products, businesses, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and execution.

• Startup founder or early-stage startup experience.
• Experience with fundraising, venture building, or innovation programs.
• Financial modeling and business planning expertise.
