The Logistics Assistant plays a key role in managing daily transportation operations, including delivery bike coordination, vehicle scheduling, and maintenance oversight. This position ensures smooth interdepartmental collaboration while utilizing Microsoft-based digital tools for tracking, reporting, and communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate transportation schedules, routes, vehicle assignments, delivery bikes.

  • Monitor fleet performance and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee delivery bike operations and ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in transportation, delivery operations, or vehicle maintenance
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Familiarity with delivery bikes, vehicle parts and knowledge with delivery box maintenance and repair
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Friendly, approachable personality with effective communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Proactive, hands-on problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
