Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, and services, and managing vendors to ensure the highest quality at the most competitive prices.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a sharp analytical mind, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics to help optimize our procurement expenses and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors; conduct regular performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment conditions (aiming for optimal deferred payment terms).
• Cost & Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, track raw material/goods price fluctuations, and perform cost-benefit analysis to discover cost-saving opportunities.
• Inventory Control: Partner with the inventory and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and prevent both stockouts and deadstock.
• Contract & Compliance Management: Draft, review, and execute commercial contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and purchase orders in line with legal and company guidelines.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee international and local shipping processes, ensuring full compliance with Incoterms and local customs/import regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular procurement reports, cost-saving summaries, and spend analysis to upper management.
