Female Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) – Novara Language Institute

Novara Language Institute is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and results-driven Female Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, possess excellent communication and sales skills, and be passionate about helping students choose the right language courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the institute's language courses and training programs.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Female candidate.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the education sector is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
