The role focuses on acquiring and managing food service accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring strong customer relationships. The position is based in Dubai initially (negotiable) and requires regular travel to Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Market Development & Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the food service business in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new key food service customers.
  • Expand business with existing customers to maximize revenue and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and strategic customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Manage joint business plans and performance reviews with distributors and major clients.
  • Present the company's products and solutions effectively, highlighting value and competitive advantages for the food service market.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities in coordination with internal teams.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and finalize agreements in line with company pricing and margin targets.
  • Ensure contracts, terms, and conditions comply with company policies.
  • Use CRM and sales tracking systems to manage pipeline, activities, and forecasts.
