UX/UI Designer (Bilingual Arabic-English | RTL Design)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Employment Type: 6 months (renewable contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced UX/UI Designer to design and own the user experience, interface design, and design system for a secure government data and briefing platform. This role requires a strategic product designer who can create intuitive, data-driven user experiences while confidently presenting and defending design decisions to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing bilingual Arabic-English digital products, with deep expertise in Right-to-Left (RTL) design, enterprise platforms, design systems, and information architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user experiences and interfaces for enterprise-grade and government-focused digital platforms.
  • Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
  • Design bilingual Arabic-English interfaces with native RTL user experiences.
  • Define information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns.
  • Design executive dashboards, data visualization components, reporting interfaces, and administrative portals.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Prepare design documentation and support development teams during implementation.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise, government, or large-scale digital products.
  • Proven experience designing bilingual Arabic-English applications.
  • Hands-on experience with native Right-to-Left (RTL) design principles.
  • Experience building and managing Design Systems and Component Libraries.
  • Expertise in Information Architecture, User Experience Design, and User Interface Design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and Developer Handoff.
  • Experience presenting design rationale and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
