Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and validate financial data, invoices, and ledgers for accuracy and completeness.
2. Perform variance analysis and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
3. Evaluate exported data from ERP systems and provide clear, actionable feedback on findings.
4. Support and document financial reporting processes, including AP/AR workflows and month-end close activities.
5. Analyze real and synthetic finance tasks, mapping evidence to expected outputs with high attention to detail.
6. Communicate complex findings and insights in writing, demonstrating clarity and precision.
7. Contribute to the calibration and improvement of AI training datasets with your finance expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial data analysis and reporting.
2. Experience in accounting operations, AP/AR, financial reporting, reconciliation, or FP&A.
3. Proficient in reviewing and interpreting ERP reports, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
4. Strong analytical judgment and ability to identify and explain financial discrepancies.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity.
6. High attention to detail, especially when validating synthetic finance scenarios and documentation.
7. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in audit, controllership, or finance process optimization.
2. Prior exposure to AI training, data annotation, or quality assurance in finance contexts.
3. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
