- 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in finance roles such as Investment Banking Analyst, Corporate Risk Manager, Portfolio/Asset Manager, or Financial Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in building and auditing financial valuation models (especially in xlsx).
- Track record of producing clear, articulate written reports, memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise tracking and interpreting regulatory compliance changes and their impacts.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)—a must-have for this project.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in complex financial environments.
- Ability to commit at least 10+ hours per week to project tasks and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM financial sectors.
