Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-level insights and feedback on finance-related content, especially within Private Equity (PE) and Investment Banking (IB) domains.
2. Evaluate and refine financial models, reports, and documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.
3. Review and assess AI-generated outputs for correctness, clarity, and alignment with industry standards.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to communicate complex financial concepts effectively, both in written and verbal form.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in finance, particularly in the PE and IB sectors.
6. Deliver constructive, actionable recommendations to enhance AI training and outputs.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity and the highest level of domain-specific nuance in all tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Deep expertise in finance, with demonstrable experience in Private Equity and/or Investment Banking domains.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain intricate concepts clearly and concisely.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Experience reviewing, editing, or creating complex financial materials.
5. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing deadlines and priorities efficiently.
6. High level of integrity and professional judgment in handling sensitive information.
7. Familiarity with industry standards, financial modeling, and reporting best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Prior experience contributing to AI, data annotation, or technology-driven finance projects.
3. Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar credentials are a distinct advantage.
