Job Title: Growth Manager


Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

Join our team as a Growth Manager, where you will own and execute go-to-market strategies across high-priority Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for Cortex. This is a great opportunity to drive market impact, directly influence growth direction, and work hands-on with leadership to shape how we generate pipeline and expand into new markets.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Own growth strategy and execution across priority ICPs, including account research, market mapping, outbound initiatives, follow-up, and performance tracking.
  2. Interpret market signals, company triggers, and buyer priorities to craft compelling messaging that aligns Cortex's solutions with the most valuable opportunities.
  3. Lead GTM initiatives, including developing event strategies, campaign narratives, and thematic market research.
  4. Collaborate closely with leadership on high-value accounts, strategic partnerships, and new growth initiatives.
  5. Analyze growth performance, iterate on GTM strategies, and continuously improve top-of-funnel effectiveness.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated experience in growth, go-to-market strategy, business development, sales, venture capital, private equity, or similar commercial roles within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, actionable messaging.
  3. Strong research, analytical, and market mapping abilities.
  4. Comfortable owning ambiguous problems from idea to execution.
  5. Experience developing outbound strategies, supporting GTM initiatives, or driving top-of-funnel growth.
  6. Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  8. Self-starter mentality with a passion for identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving measurable growth.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience supporting high-impact GTM initiatives such as event strategy, account-based growth, or strategic partnership development.
  2. Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and outbound growth strategies.
  3. Prior exposure to SaaS, AI, or technology-driven businesses.
