HalaNour is building a behavioural wellness platform focused on mental resilience and structured lifestyle signal awareness, operating entirely

outside the clinical environment.


The core belief is simple: people perform at their best when they understand themselves. Their patterns, their rhythms, what fuels their best days. HalaNour exists to make that self-knowledge accessible and continuous.


We are addressing the gap between everyday behavioural patterns and formal clinical support. Most systems activate only once care is required.

HalaNour is designed to support structured behavioural continuity in daily life, without positioning as diagnosis or treatment.


The platform is being built with clearly defined AI boundaries and compliance oversight embedded from day one.

The Role


We are seeking a UAE-based, bilingual growth operator to join the founding team as our Growth Lead. This is a genuine ground-floor seat: there is

nothing to run yet. You will lead how HalaNour finds new users, gets them started, keeps them coming back, and grows, from the earliest stage

rather than inheriting something that already exists. It is hands-on and content-led, not manage-the-machine. You will wear many hats: growing

the brand's social presence, personally striking up conversations to grow a following, using content to bring people in, starting and growing a

community, and working out how we grow as you go. We want a growth generalist, not someone to put in a box.


What is fixed is the goal. You will carry a heavy, clear target for winning new users and be measured against it, planning backwards from the

number and running disciplined experiments to move it. During the early stage the role is part-time and equity-based: you accumulate a real stake

for what you contribute, up to the funding event. It is earned through what you deliver, not handed over on day one, and what that stake is

worth depends as much on what the company becomes as on your contribution.


Drive and instinct matter more than the length of a CV. We want someone early in a fast-rising trajectory with a feel for what makes a Gulf audience stop, engage, share, and come back. Native Arabic with deep Gulf cultural fluency is essential, because the way HalaNour tells its story has to feel made here, not translated, and your English needs to be just as strong: you work across both every day.


What You Will Lead


Growth at HalaNour is the whole journey, not a single channel. Hands-on, you will lead:


  • Finding new users — organic, content-led growth: content that earns attention, an active social presence, a following, a community, and working
  •  with creators and partners.
  • Getting them started — helping new users get going quickly and feel what HalaNour does for them.
  • Keeping them coming back — notifications, email, and in-app messages, winning back people who drift, and helping the app become a habit.
  • Word of mouth and brand — the social presence and word-of-mouth that bring other people in, telling HalaNour's story so it travels.
  • Turning users into customers — free users into paying subscribers, growing the value of each over time, working closely with the founder.
  •  Measuring and improving — setting up how growth is measured and running disciplined experiments to move the number.
