  3. Shift 3: 5:45 PM – 12:00 AM
  4. Shift 4: 11:45 PM – 6:00 AM

Shift overlap allows operators to transfer context, hand off robots efficiently, and maintain continuous production in our facility.

What We're Looking For

  1. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  2. Gaming experience requiring precise controller input (FPS, simulation, racing, VR).
  3. Experience with VR systems (Meta Quest, Vision Pro, SteamVR, or similar).
  4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  5. Comfortable performing repetitive, precision-focused work.
  6. Able to learn new robotic platforms and control interfaces quickly.
  7. Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical issues.
  8. Reliable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
