Requirements- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, café, bakery, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Experience within premium bakery, café, or casual dining concepts is highly desirable.
