Position Summary


We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our specialty coffee café. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, supporting our baristas, and representing the Coterra Coffee brand with professionalism and warmth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and recommend specialty coffee pairings.
  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the bar and kitchen teams.
  • Serve coffee, beverages, desserts, and food promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and outdoor seating.
  • Set up and clear tables promptly while maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Support baristas during busy service periods when required.
  • Replenish supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
  • Follow company policies and HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the café team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Experience in a specialty coffee café is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee and café menu items is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional conduct.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
  • English communication skills are required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
