We’re a boutique, delivery-first recruitment agency and need a high-output Sales Administrator / BD Coordinator who can keep the commercial engine moving and help us build consistent marketing that drives inbound interest. This is not “admin for admin’s sake” it’s sales support + campaign execution + follow-up discipline.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

  • Campaign + marketing execution (core): help plan and run simple B2B campaigns that generate leads (LinkedIn content, outreach assets, basic tracking, weekly cadence)
  • Social media management: manage day-to-day LinkedIn activity (posting, repurposing content, light engagement, keeping us visible and consistent)
  • Outbound BD coordination: manage daily/weekly outreach activity across LinkedIn/email/calls (tracking + follow-up cadence)
  • Lead sourcing + list building: build targeted B2B prospect lists by sector, geography, seniority, and hiring signals (Apollo.io / LinkedIn workflows)
  • Lead management: maintain lead lists, segment accounts/contacts, enrich missing data, keep records accurate
  • CRM hygiene + sales ops: update stages, notes, next steps, tasks, reminders, and contact data (no “dead” pipeline); keep the system clean and usable
  • Pipeline administration: ensure every opportunity has an owner, next action, and timeline; support basic forecasting visibility
  • KPI tracking (simple + consistent): track activity and outcomes (outreach, meetings booked, submissions, interviews, offers, placements) with weekly scorecards
  • Weekly reporting: simple dashboards/scorecards for leadership (activity vs targets, conversion, blockers, next actions)

Requirements (must-have)

  • 2+ years in sales support / sales admin / BD support / coordinator / operations role (recruitment agency is a plus, not mandatory)
  • Experience working with a CRM/ATS or structured pipeline tracker (clean updates, next steps, reminders)
  • Strong written English; comfortable supporting LinkedIn/email outreach admin and campaign tracking
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work to weekly targets and deadlines
  • Comfortable building and maintaining lists, trackers, and basic dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel
